4 years ago I had nose surgery with silicone at another hospital, and recently for some reason I suddenly started getting contracture and it seemed like I was getting some inflammation too. I have rhinitis, so there was a functional reason for the surgery, but I also wanted to look prettier cosmetically, so I went for a consultation with the mindset of getting revision surgery, and as soon as the director looked at my nose, he could tell what was uncomfortable, you know? The hospital was clean, the chief director was kind, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. Of course it should be normal not to pressure people into deposits, but you all know there are a lot of places these days that pressure you hard..
