I was told I’d probably have to wait past my appointment time, so I pushed it back by 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting an hour longer than that. The director was really kind, and the counselor was kind too. It seems there are as many consultation appointments as there are surgeries, as expected from how famous they are. But because of that, I started worrying whether it would be just as chaotic when I had my surgery.
