I found out about this through a comment on some cafe community and went for a consultation. I visited other clinics too, and came here as well, but instead of explaining what individualized steps would be appropriate for my condition, they kept explaining with the content of their own paper that could be applied to anyone, which left me feeling unsatisfied.
