The amount I wrote above is not accurate. It was so long ago that I don't remember well. I had jaw and cheekbone surgery here when Namu Plastic Surgery had just opened. That was over 10 years ago. Back then I consulted 3 or 4 places including Wonjin, and I thought the price here was reasonable, so I had the surgery here. (Looking back now, I wonder why I did it at a hospital that had only just opened.) At the time, I hadn't heard the term contouring surgery, and it was only called jaw and cheekbone surgery, so I went ahead with jaw and cheekbone work. My jaw became slimmer, but the cheekbones only seem to have shrunk very slightly, to the point that I wondered whether anything had been done at all. And from right after the surgery, my left and right cheekbones looked asymmetric from the front. When I mentioned this, they said that everyone's left and right sides are a little asymmetric, that the surgery itself was done the same way, and that because I was asymmetric, the result turned out that way. (But before the surgery, I had never thought of myself as asymmetric, and I couldn't see it with my eyes.) When I had a CT scan, I saw that it was asymmetric. I felt they should have operated so that it would be symmetrical, and I was dissatisfied with that part. Since it was a hospital that had only just opened, maybe there weren't many patients at the time, because after surgery, staff even drove me, a person from the countryside, home as part of work duties, so the service was excellent. And since surgery had been done on my original face even if only slightly, the effect seemed good for the first few years. But after more than 5 years, because I lost cheek fat, the cheekbones that already seemed only slightly reduced started to look prominent again. Recently, when I went to another plastic surgery clinic for a different concern, the doctor described me as having somewhat prominent cheekbones.. (I didn't bother saying that I had previously had cheekbone surgery, but that means if someone who didn't know saw me, they wouldn't think at all that they were surgically altered cheekbones.) So I want revision surgery related to contouring.. I heard this hospital has closed and the head doctor moved to another clinic, but before the accident the hospital had grown a lot over more than 10 years. When I went back to file a complaint about the jaw and cheekbones after being dissatisfied with the result for 5+ years, I was surprised by how much bigger it had become compared with when it first opened. When you raise a complaint after surgery, even if they can't do aftercare, I wish they would at least offer a discounted revision surgery or have the doctor personally look at my postoperative condition and hear my opinion, but they just took several photos after surgery and I only spoke with the counselor. I never even met the doctor.
