At other places they said fat grafting was absolutely necessary for results, but not here. They said absolutely no fat grafting. They explained everything in detail and told me whether it would be effective just by looking at my eyes. What I'm worried about, though, is that I'd have to go about a week without removing the stitches, and that's one of the things making me hesitate.
