I had my first double eyelid surgery here, and I ended up getting natural adhesion, which can be tied more firmly than buried sutures. I was definitely hesitant about incision or partial-incision methods because I was worried the swelling wouldn’t go down and that it might scar, but I was glad they said natural adhesion was possible. It’s been quite a long time since I had natural adhesion, and the line has stayed well for a long time.. If you want it to look natural and not turn into sausage eyes, I recommend getting double eyelid surgery here.
