It's cheap, so I've been going regularly. The effect is mild, but if I don't get it, I definitely feel my jaw developing, so I've been getting it every 4 months I get the domestic one, and if I develop resistance I'll switch to imported. It doesn't feel especially professional or super friendly, but it's cheap and in a good location, so I keep going.
