I couldn't get a consultation with the director, and only consulted with the manager. It felt like I just got a price consultation in a place that looked like a bank counter, so I was disappointed. They recommended a different procedure from the one I wanted, and I think they probably judged that it would be a better fit, but I had seen a lot of event deals and reviews before going, so I was disappointed
