I made a reservation because there were a lot of reviews, and I liked that they tried hard to understand what the patient wanted. The director seemed a bit blunt, but whenever I asked questions, they explained things in detail. Even though they used donated bones, the price was the lowest, so I wanted to get surgery right away, but the manager said they would organize the pricing and contact me after the consultation. But maybe because I didn’t seem very proactive about surgery, I never got any follow-up contact after that, which was a little disappointing.
