If you go without choosing a director, they can be rude and a young doctor might do it. I went twice without choosing a director, and the most recent time was okay, but once before that was not good. If you choose a director and go at the scheduled time, they are generally kind and the results are good. I once met an older female manager who was rude and spoke to me in a scolding way, but other than that they are generally kind. Later I didn't see that rude woman anymore. Even though it has a factory-like feel and the manager does the consultation, they don't aggressively push all sorts of procedures. If I ask, "Should we do more of this and that?" they cut it down to what can actually be effective. When doing the procedure, the doctor watches my face carefully and seems to tailor it to my face. I haven't had any side effects, and the procedures are reasonably effective for the price, so I keep going often.
