At first the manager was extremely kind and gave the consultation in a very trustworthy way, but when the surgery nurse came over, their tone wasn’t particularly kind to the point that I wondered if they were tired. Still, they definitely had a lot of experience, because after looking at my nose, they told me what to focus on, and I also liked that the ENT doctor separately consulted with me about my rhinitis. It seemed like a plus that the cosmetic nose surgery and the rhinitis surgery were done separately by different specialists.
