The staff member provided the consultation and I had the procedure immediately. I was startled because they started without having me sit down and examine my face, but the results were good compared with what I had worried about. The staff were generally kind, and the effect was clearly noticeable. It was the only procedure I have received that actually worked. The director said the effect would be better if it was done by pressing firmly, and that is exactly how it was performed. The doctor clearly had that level of expertise. Overall, I recommend it.
