A factory-style clinic. You only consult with the manager, not the doctor. The consultation manager didn’t seem particularly professional, and the staff kept leaving things out, which upset me many times. I have a membership and keep going there, but even when I repeatedly asked them to send me the remaining balance after procedures, they never sent it right away. Often, I had to ask again later before getting a response. Don’t get expensive procedures here; I recommend sticking to cost-effective Botox. Otherwise, just get skincare treatments.
