I can’t remember the cost right now. Since I’d been running around getting consultations so much, this wasn’t especially memorable as a first impression. Still, the director answered my questions and looked at the overall proportions of my face, which I liked. I got a strong feeling that he prefers a stable approach. Of course, the director would do the surgery, but I also think communication with the manager is important. But the manager felt honestly not just unfriendly, but like she had absolutely no interest in the customer at all. I expected it because I’d read the comments, but it was still pretty severe. I’m not asking for excessive friendliness, but after some level of consultation with the director, there should be an explanation of the clinic’s approach and aftercare.… I could tell a lot of people probably skip this place because of the manager. The director’s explanation itself was good, but because follow-up contact with the manager and aftercare are both important to me, it bothered me. If I feel even a little bothered, I don’t want to do it, so I passed.
