When I asked about comments saying that after getting 230, the 45-degree area had caved in a lot two years later, he said that if the skin is thin, that can happen. I brought in front-facing, side-profile, and 45-degree photos of my face with retouching before surgery, plus photos of a celebrity, but he said I didn’t need to bring the celebrity photo, lol. Looking at the retouched photos, he honestly said it would be hard to expect that much from a 230-degree angle. I brought my iPad, so I asked him directly to adjust it and show me how much it would reduce. He said it was the first time he’d had a case like that, but it was helpful to see the expected effect. I absolutely did not want general anesthesia or an intraoral incision, and I thought a little bit of irregularity from the front was okay, but having some 45-degree definition is pretty, so I only consulted here because of the surgical method, and it was okay, so if I do have surgery I’ll definitely do it here.
