The consultation with the manager was more detailed than with the director. I deducted one star because the consultation wasn't long enough for me to feel anything truly professional, but I liked that they kept the reserved time properly, that they did not recommend excessive other surgeries, that the before-and-after photos of the eyes were so natural, that there is a very large amount of accumulated data on revision surgery, and that they put a lot of effort into the design during surgery and focus on naturalness as much as possible. In the end I am torn between two places, and the price was also at the level I had expected in advance, so I think it is reasonable.
