They were very straightforward but also friendly, so some people may have mixed feelings, but I liked it. They have a pretty strong point of view, but if you trust them and follow along, it feels like they’ll do their best for you. And I felt they were safety-oriented. The hospital had a friendly atmosphere and the staff manager was good too, but the slightly concerning points were that recording audio/video was prohibited (I was a little puzzled that I could ask about the hospital list but not record), and I’m worried because the nose tip wouldn't be extended much.
