I was in the middle of a consultation with the doctor, when the manager I had been talking to suddenly opened the door, stood there staring only at the doctor, and stood there as if telling me to come out quickly. It felt so rude to just fling the door open while I was in a consultation.. Honestly, I had booked and waited and cleared time specifically to see the doctor, so I was really upset. The consultation didn't really happen properly. After that I was so upset that I called and spoke with the consultation manager. Since I had been through revision surgery several times for one reason or another, I told the manager how I was venting and how I was scared of this and that and needed reassurance, but it wasn't coming through well, and they said they would relay it to the doctor. That eased my mind a bit. I even cried The fact that they do revision surgery without opening the nose is a plus, but apart from that the reviews are bad, so I'm worried..
