The consultation manager was kind, and the director was kind too. During the consultation with the director, I felt the professionalism, so I think I trusted them. I went for a consultation on the same day and had the surgery right away that day. Maybe because I went in the morning, there weren’t many people, and the pre-op precautions and post-op care system were well organized. I’m satisfied with the results too! They didn’t recommend any unnecessary areas. It’s been a little over 9 months now, and there’s no scar and no sagging, so I’m satisfied.
