I had surgery without an implant because I was worried about silicone side effects, and I’m completely satisfied. Personally, I prefer a director who is a bit T-type (because I think the results will be better..), and after consulting with Director Kim Jun-hyung, I felt like it would work out, so I booked right away and had the surgery. I liked how he was straightforward and said clearly what could be done and what couldn’t, and I could tell he really had a lot of experience with nose surgery! When the splint was removed, I could see the director was satisfied too, so I felt good. The hospital was clean, the facilities were nice, and I recommend everyone go for a consultation once before surgery
