I didn’t go around scouting places in person or online, I just walked in and booked a surgery date on the same day lol but luckily it went well... I originally only planned to get Nose Beam, but because even when I smiled the tip of my nose was getting pulled too much, and as the consultation went on they recommended doing it together, I thought oh, great tip, and added everything. I had Nose Beam + 2 mm nose tip Megaderm + muscle reduction, and I’ll write down the pros and cons. Pros: At the time, I was pursuing a very natural look. So even though the nose tip was improved, to this day nobody knows I had anything done, which makes sense. There’s nothing on the bridge, and because it was done with Megaderm, I can do the pig-nose and squash-the-tip look too... There was barely any swelling, and no splint, so daily life was very convenient. Since it was non-open surgery, the operation time was short, and the director adjusted exactly the parts I was worried about. I care a lot about whether that kind of aesthetic matches mine, and that part was really good. The result isn’t bad, and it’s been 3 years with no side effects, so I’m living satisfied. Cons: It’s too natural. But that was my choice, so... putting that aside, another downside was that beyond Nose Beam and the other add-ons, it was a surgery by the chief director, so the extra fees were pretty high... Ah, the manager’s replies were a bit slow. I’m the type who just went, um... and called the clinic or something, but people who really care about communication with the manager might find it a bit hard. Anyway, there haven’t been any noticeable side effects, and my friend came through my recommendation and had eyes and nose done here this time, and it already looks pretty. So aside from the manager communication, I couldn’t find any major downside.
