Rude and the wait was insanely long. And I don't even know why the coordinator is doing consultations. It wasn't really a consultation, just like: where did you get it done, who operated on you, what shape do you want? Then you go straight into a consultation with the doctor, and at the end you talk with the manager, but the doctor and the manager say different things.
