First, they took a CT scan and did the consultation based on the CT, so I was able to learn about things I hadn't understood well even though it had been a long time since my surgery, and it was nice that they answered kindly even when I asked the same thing again. I'm considering it as one of two clinics I'm thinking of for surgery, and since it's a place many people go to for revision surgery, I have a positive impression.
