The doctor explained my nose’s limitations and the direction for improvement really well without seeming annoyed. The doctor felt not excessive and straightforward? I understood everything very well, and my only concern is that they said they would use both ear cartilages ... As for the shape, I think they are trying to match what I want as much as possible, while keeping it from becoming overdone!
