The director doesn't just glance at you and say do this or that; it feels like he prioritizes the patient's needs first. That might be a plus for some people and a minus for others. He put a screen up and explained the surgery method in a gentle voice. He's nice, but personally I think I suit a style where they look at me and immediately tell me, 'Do this, do that.'
