I went because I wanted to do only the nasal tip without an implant. They said that if I did that, there would be limits to how much height they could add. It seems to be famous in Japan, but I really wonder why there are so many Japanese people there.. Still, since it's a nose specialist, I do trust it.. I'm debating between this and another clinic that recommended against silicone. They made it feel like, 'Do you want a lot of things from your nose even though you're not putting in silicone?', and that scared me
