I haven't been to many other clinics, so it's hard to compare, but thanks to the CT scan I learned that my nasal septum is very small and was slightly sunken inward, which made the midface look flatter.. Because the septum was small and there probably wasn't enough ear cartilage, I was recommended costal cartilage even though this was my first nose surgery. Out of the three hospitals I visited in total, including other clinics, I would still put this place on my final list, but at other clinics I think they would say ear cartilage alone would be enough, so I'm thinking about it a lot...
