Right after the liposuction, the left jawline looked sunken, the hospital tried to restore it twice with fat grafting as aftercare (fat harvested from the abdomen) ▲ Regrets about the overall surgical results (things that are still present even now, 3 years later) - Adhesion under the double chin (lumpy + vertical wrinkles, like grandmother wrinkles): after surgery, before 1 year they said it would disappear after a year / in years 1-2 after surgery they said it would go away with more time and that I should stretch my neck a lot / in year 3 after surgery they changed their story to say adhesion is natural after liposuction and the lumpy part is also natural after surgery. - Difficulty and discomfort when raising my head (symptoms that appeared after the double-chin adhesion and wrinkles formed) - An unnatural skull-like facial line when opening my mouth - Noticeable scar area under the double chin - Red, raised, conspicuous abdominal scar - Overall not natural At first, the consultation was incredibly ㅎㅎ friendly, but as I explained the problems more clearly, the friendly and quick responses gradually decreased. There were even days with no reply, and personally I felt neglected a lot. I trusted the hospital and waited, but now my trust has fallen a lot. During the surgery, there was a CCTV camera installed in the recovery room, and while I was changing out of disposable underwear in that space without prior notice, I discovered the CCTV directly in front of me. I asked the manager about it right after the surgery, and later checked again with the hospital, but without any explanation about whether it had been recorded or deleted, they simply said, "We moved and the structure changed, so there is now a separate changing room," which felt like they were avoiding the main issue. There was no acknowledgment of poor management at the time or any sincere apology, and I still have an unresolved, unpleasant feeling in my heart.
