Just as I heard, the director was a little stern but also kind? during the consultation. He didn't bring things up first, but he explained the parts I asked about in detail, and he never seemed annoyed The head manager also seemed professional and kindly helped with the consultation, so I was a little swayed.. but I can't get a sense of the director's aesthetic taste, so I'm still debating surgery.
