I had a consultation there 2 years ago, and I remember how incredibly kind they were, so I’m leaving this here. They examined my nose and ears very carefully overall, and explained things in concrete terms with Plans A and B. Out of all the places I’ve consulted so far, this was the most specific explanation I got. Later, when I asked about additional questions, I even got guidance over the phone.
