The doctor feels a bit robotic. There's no friendliness, and they just explain their own thoughts smoothly. They explained it like, “This part is difficult, but it can be done,” when talking about what they could do, so I didn't really feel confident. And the price felt really steep. The consultation staff was friendly and explained things in detail, but I still didn't feel sure, and the whole thing felt like they were going around in circles. The doctor does seem smart though.
