I actually liked that there were no event gimmicks or pressure to write a review, and they explained the price at the regular rate. The doctor was gentle and spent a long time with me during the consultation. Seemed to prioritize safety and naturalness. He said my septum wasn’t especially large, so there was no need to touch it and we should just use ear cartilage. Since he said he wanted to use only ear cartilage, I wondered whether that would even work because my nose is very low; as expected, he recommended silicone at about 2-3 mm to match that. But personally, I did want a natural line, though I thought it might be okay up to around 3.5 mm, so I passed.
