It has been exactly 2 weeks since my consultation and surgery today! I had philtrum reduction, tip surgery, columella reduction, bulbous nose correction, alar reduction, and 2 functional nose procedures. I consulted at places famous for philtrum reduction and places famous for nose surgery, but because I couldn't take a long vacation, I went in hoping to do both surgeries together. The places that were good at noses didn't do philtrum surgery at all, and the places that were good at philtrum surgery were a bit vague about the nose. Then I found Planner, which does both bulbous nose correction and philtrum work, and the reviews were good, so I had surgery with the chief surgeon. Today I checked the surgery CCTV with the consultation manager and also had the internal stitches removed. The philtrum scar was my biggest worry, but even at 2 weeks it is fading neatly, and my nose has settled into exactly the shape I wanted. They said the swelling would go down more, but I'm satisfied even now. And while I was under sedation, I also got InMode, which is really nice... When I had it done at a neighborhood dermatology clinic, it only felt like maybe things were a little more refined, but here the line is visibly cleaner. I'm planning to come back for InMode next time too!
