I didn't have a consultation with the doctor, only with the manager. The manager explained things kindly, which was nice, but when I made the reservation, I was told that the doctor only had time at that hour, so I went, but when I got there, the waiting time was quite long and I was told there would be no consultation with the doctor, which was puzzling.
