I'll write this honestly. First, my own big mistake was not looking into it properly. I honestly didn't think double eyelid surgery would be such a big operation, and since I heard Fresh was famous for double eyelids, I didn't even consult and just set the surgery date right away and went through with it. During the consultation, the manager tends to recommend all sorts of things. Instead of saying, 'I don't want to do that, but it might be good if I did,' she would say things like, 'You should do this,' as if the surgery would automatically include it.... The doctor consultation was also not sufficient, and the design was just rushed through... and that was it lol My forehead is a bit sunken, so when I asked them to make it full and rounded, the doctor shook his head and said, 'I'll take care of it myself ^^,' so I had high expectations haha. Right after the surgery, when I looked in the mirror, there was no fullness from the side lol The hollow area above my eyebrows was the most stressful part, so I specifically asked them to fill that in well, but the result seems like it was ignored haha In the end... by the day of stitch removal, my forehead already looked very similar to how it looked before surgery haha The mental stress was awful, and physically it was hard too, and because of the fat taken from my stomach I was really uncomfortable and bruised a lot... anyone would think I had full abdominal liposuction haha It seemed like I didn't even need the abdominal binder just because of the fat taken from my stomach, but maybe it was sales tactics lol, they pushed me to pay extra, even though it was only 10,000 won!!! On the stitch-removal day too, there was no proper follow-up from the doctor, and the manager just glanced at my face in the waiting room and that was it lol. Then I asked about asymmetry in the front cheekbone and side cheek area, and they had said they'd look at it properly on the stitch-removal day, but they just stood in the waiting room, looked at it, and even though I could see the asymmetry clearly, they said not to worry because it was swelling lol It felt like if the surgery went wrong, it was my fault, and if it went well, it was the hospital's fault. In the end I paid for a second round too, but since my trust was gone I took the loss, paid only for the first round, and got a refund for the second. If I had waited until then and had surgery again, I knew I'd cross a river I could never cross back from. When I complained that I never even met the doctor on stitch-removal day, they said the doctor was busy lol. From other reviews, it wasn't just me ^^ They just see people as money, don't work hard, and don't seem responsible. When I told the manager that there was no fullness and that it looked uneven and sunken, they only told me not to lose weight but to gain weight...;; I didn't lose weight, and in fact I gained about 1 kg... And anyway, the surgery should be done nicely from the start, so why should I have to gain weight to make my forehead after paying money for surgery?...... What I was most frustrated about was how they kept making excuses for their own mistakes. The facility also looked a bit old, and the staff's friendliness wasn't that great either. In many ways, I didn't even want to give it one star. In the end I searched far and wide for other hospitals, but because of this disastrous result I have to wait 3 to 6 months for a revision surgery..... Anyway, this place is a hospital that will never be in my life again!!!!
