Of all the places I went to, this was the most professional consultation. The alar cartilage is weak and the septum is not that large either. They said they could use both pieces of ear cartilage! And if I don’t want the hump removed, it doesn’t have to be shaved down! At other places, they didn’t say that and insisted it had to be shaved no matter what. They kept asking if there was anything else I was curious about. It seemed like they were trying to work in the direction I wanted! The manager was also super kind, like a close older sister. I’ve decided to have the surgery here at the end of this year. I’ll bring back a post-op review too.
