I went for a consultation a while ago, and I'm writing this in case it helps anyone. The staff were kind, and I wanted a procedure with no implant plus mainly the tip of the nose, and they consulted me decisively, saying this is possible and this is something you'd need to keep in mind, which helped me a lot in deciding whether to have the surgery.
