I'm considering a revision surgery and have been going around to clinics for consultations, but there isn't really a place I like And I'm not sure if only the columella will be lowered, so where is everyone looking??? I'm considering this place among several others!! It seems like they can lower the columella well, but it's so expensive. If you look at the Instagram reviews, it's so pretty
