I liked that the director objectively assessed the condition of my eyes. They told me the percentage chance of it loosening again, and when I told them which part I wanted, they said they would try as much as possible, and I liked how energetic they seemed. I put down a reservation deposit and got it refunded, and the refund came through almost immediately.
