Overall, it was an ordinary experience. I had almost no pain, bruising, or swelling during the procedure, so it was easy to return to daily life right away. A few days after the procedure, I clearly felt the muscle movements becoming smoother and the area I wanted treated becoming more defined. The disappointing point was how long it lasted. Compared with the duration I usually expected, the effect seemed to wear off rather quickly. After about two or three months, I gradually felt the muscle movements returning to their original state.
