The director has very strong personal convictions about his style, so I think there may be patients whose preferences do not match his. Personally, I liked that aspect. He explained well what could be improved and what would be limited, so I was able to adjust my expectations realistically, and I think that led to greater satisfaction after surgery. Since aftercare is important with a lifting procedure, they took good care of me whenever I visited the hospital, and overall I think it is a good hospital. The staff were professional, which I liked.
