I wanted natural-looking eyes, so I designated Dr. K rather than Dr. D for my consultation. They explained the problems with my eyes and how to address them well, clearly said when something was not possible, and recommended ptosis correction. When I said I was worried about side effects, they said that if I felt anxious, it was right not to do it. They explained that ptosis correction was not essential and served as a boost. The doctor was gentle and clear during the consultation, so I was very satisfied. However, the coordinator... I have nothing to say. In my opinion, this clinic should not hire coordinators who look young and overly surgically altered. They had undergone too much cosmetic surgery, their expression was unpleasant, and they talked while tapping a calculator like a salesperson, so I did not even want to communicate with the coordinator. But the doctor's consultation was so good that I booked on the same day. In the end, I chose another clinic and contacted the coordinator to cancel, but the reply was extremely slow, and they even read my message without responding, so I texted again the next day about refunding the deposit ^^ That was when I realized... it was really a good thing I canceled, lol. If I had surgery there and something had gone wrong, I can easily imagine the coordinator ignoring my messages or replying very slowly, making the response terrible. The doctor is good, but the clinic system and staff are so bad that I would have to think very carefully before choosing this clinic for revision surgery.
