I booked a consultation but waited all day. I watched the same before-and-after plastic-surgery program video in the lobby about five times, then went straight into a consultation with the director. (Usually it is coordinator > director > coordinator.) Dr. Im Pyung-jin explained things extremely well, including how the surgery would be performed and what areas would change, so I was very satisfied with the director's consultation. But the problem was the coordinator's consultation… lol. This place really needs to replace the coordinator. During the consultation, it strongly felt like a factory-style dermatology clinic rather than a plastic-surgery clinic. They tried to sell me on the idea that other hospitals were inferior and that their director was the best… Of course, perhaps they were confident, but from the listener's perspective it was very off-putting. The wait when I first arrived, the endless plastic-surgery beauty program playing in the lobby, and the fact that the people waiting seemed somewhat older were all fine. The director gave such a good consultation that everything was perfect up to that point, but after speaking with the coordinator, I was extremely disappointed with the hospital. T_T
