The clinic was known for specializing in subtle, natural-looking rhinoplasty, so I had a consultation and finished it with a plan focused not on increasing the height of my nose but on improving the columella and nasolabial angle, which were my concerns. After surgery, no matter how much I looked, almost nothing seemed changed. Although improving the nasolabial angle and columella was my top priority, there was no improvement at all. I revisited for a consultation, and they said they would add a filler to the philtrum area as aftercare. However, I did not want to undergo another surgery at a place that had already failed, so I recently had revision surgery elsewhere.
