During the consultation, they stated categorically that for a low nose like mine, silicone must be used without exception for the bridge line to show and for the effect to be achieved properly. Personally, I have reservations about artificial implants and concerns about complications, so I wanted an in-depth consultation about other alternatives or methods using autologous tissue, but it seemed there was no room for that at all, which bothered me.
