To give the conclusion first, the surgery turned out very natural and well done. But it probably would not suit people whose ideal is a glamorous look. I decided on revision because my first surgery gave me the commonly called sausage eyes. They said it looked that way not only because the line was thick, but because the fixation had been made deeply. After revision, the lines did not become dramatically lower when viewed alone on both sides, which I am satisfied with, but perhaps because the fixation was released, they look much better than before and very natural. There is some asymmetry between the two lines. There was also almost no swelling after surgery. The small amount of remaining swelling and bruising seemed to settle within about two weeks, and honestly, I think daily life without a hat was possible once the stitches were removed.
