When I first booked a consultation, I booked the eyes first and then added a nose consultation. I received two separate appointment dates, so I asked on the first day whether both could be done on the same day, and they consulted me on both eyes and nose. I booked without specifying a doctor. Maybe because of that, they assigned me the least experienced, cheap-looking doctor, lol. When I later asked if I could change the surgeon, someone called the coordinator who had consulted me and said it probably would not be possible because of their internal rules. They said the surgical methods were not very different and that I did not need to worry, but that actually became another reason for me to rule them out. I decided to have surgery elsewhere, so when I tried to cancel the provisional deposit, they immediately questioned me on KakaoTalk, asking why I was canceling after even having had a blood test. I made up various excuses because I was worried they would hassle me if I said I was going to another clinic.
