This is my review after visiting several plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam, famous for buried-suture double-eyelid surgery and eye-shape correction. The waiting time was short, and the doctor was very kind. While designing the crease, they immediately noticed my eyes' features: epicanthal folds and slight upper-eyelid hollowing. Since they pursue a natural style rather than excessive surgery, they recommended a 7 mm in-out crease. The way they designed the crease was truly delicate. When I said I wanted a glamorous semi-out crease, they checked how much of my iris was exposed and set the highest height possible without making it look excessive. There was no pressure from the consultation manager or any recommendation to add an upper canthoplasty, so I felt comfortable. I was most satisfied with the one-on-one customized consultation. After carefully measuring the symmetry of my eyes, they said the muscle in my right eye was slightly weak and also suggested ptosis correction. In the end, I booked surgery with the third clinic, which accurately understood the condition of my eyes and designed the crease exactly as I liked. When visiting clinics, I definitely think it helps to bring photos of the crease you want in advance.
