The hospital was large and crowded, so there was some waiting, but the staff were kind. Many hospitals do not let guardians listen in during consultations, but here they let mine join from the beginning, which made decision-making easier. The director spoke very quickly, but the consultation was neat and thorough. They said they could widen the area as much as I wanted and seemed confident that their surgical method was unique and different from other hospitals.
