I consulted here because it is famous as a hospital for revision surgery + a one-doctor hospital. The surgeon said that eyes that are likely to loosen can loosen even with an incision, and that non-incisional surgery is okay too. I liked that they didn't just say yes or no, but explained the reasons too. However, they didn't point out the line in great detail. They put up a photo and said it would come out like this, and that part was disappointing.
